1. Red Hot Cinnamon Candy Popcorn Recipe

Ingredients:

6 quarts popped popcorn
1 package (12 oz size) red cinnamon candies
sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Preparations:

Spread popcorn in a lightly buttered roasting pan; bake at 250 F while preparing syrup. Pour cinnamon candies into a 2 cup measure. Fill remaining space to the top with sugar. Place in a heavy pan; Add butter, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil; boil for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat; carefully stir in baking soda. Pour over popcorn, stirring to coat. Continue to bake at 250 F for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven; let cool. Break into pieces; store in an airtight container.

 

2. Garlic And Parmesan Popcorn Recipe

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons corn oil
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, split
3/4 cup popping corn
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 dash cayenne pepper
salt

Preparations:

In a large heavy pot, heat corn oil and olive oil over high heat until the oil smokes. Add 1 kernel popping corn and heat until kernel pops.

Add split garlic cloves and rest of popping corn, cover pot, and shake gently until corn starts to pop. Shake vigorously until popping subsides. Remove from heat.

Remove garlic and toss popcorn with Parmesan, minced garlic, cayenne and salt.

 

3. Popcorn-Banana Munch Mix Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups cheese-flavored popcorn
1 cup banana chips, broken into small pieces
1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
1 cup sweetened, dried cranberries

Preparations:

Measure all ingredients into a big bowl. Stir well. Low cal, low fat, fun to munch!

 

4. Cajun Popcorn Recipe

Ingredients:

8 cups Popcorn, popped
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Preparations:

Melt butter and add the spices. Drizzle over the unseasoned popped popcorn and toss until well blended.

5. Toffee Popcorn Recipe

Ingredients: 

2 tablespoons corn oil
1/2 cup unpopped popcorn
3 tablespoons corn syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Butter Stick

Preparation:

Heat oil in a saucepan on medium, pour unpopped popcorn kernels into saucepan (cover) and wait until all is popped.

After popcorn is popped, mix all other ingredients in a 2nd saucepan on medium until syrupy. Drizzle mixture on top of popcorn.

Let sit for one minute, then stir for one minute. Let harden and enjoy!
