The FGDG1.5A-1500LS is a 1,500 mm freezing showcase built to display ice cream cakes, popsicles and other frozen desserts at -16 to -22°C. A digital controller holds the temperature precisely, and the fast-cooling system keeps products firm and ready to serve. Glass panels give customers a clear view of every cake, and anti-mist glass keeps the display free of fog. An LED light on each shelf shows off the products and makes the cabinet a sales point in your shop. The stainless steel body suits busy commercial use, and the cabinet is powered by a Secop or Embraco compressor. With a 1,500 × 800 × 1,300 mm footprint and about 419 L capacity (on the matching 1500 mm model), it’s the roomier choice for bakeries, dessert shops, cafés and ice cream parlours with a wide product range.
